Approach

From sales questions to work done.

Akopia combines commercial experience with AI-assisted research and preparation. You work directly with Mike Dias, with the scope shaped around the job, not the other way around.

How Akopia engagements work

Start with the sales question and what you have tried. If there is a fit, we agree the outcome, responsibilities, fees, timing and how we will assess progress. The engagement can take three forms.

How we prepare for a customer conversation

A better brief. Not a longer one.

01 / Gather

Start with evidence.

Use public company material and approved context. AI can organise the research and surface questions, with sources kept alongside the claims.

02 / Challenge

Keep judgement human.

Check the sources, separate facts from assumptions and reject plausible-sounding filler. An AI answer is a starting point, not buyer evidence.

03 / Apply

Make the meeting count.

The output: a concise brief, a few informed questions and a decision to test with the customer. Sensitive information only goes into tools agreed for the work.

Commercial thinking in practice

A proposal sent isn't a deal advanced.

The buying group

One deal. More than one decision.

These are roles, not necessarily four people. The useful question is which ones you have actually spoken to.

Who will make the case when you are not in the room?

Enthusiasm is useful. Access and follow-through tell you more. Look for someone willing to bring the right people into the conversation.

Evidence to look for

A buyer arranges an introduction to the person who owns the decision.

What could use a hand?

Tell Akopia which sales decision or piece of work needs attention.
